A dominant feature of the Penticton coastline since 1982, the resort truly found its stride following new ownership with RPB Hotels in 1993. For nearly three decades, the Penticton Lakeside Resort continues to welcome a myriad of travelers and visitors from all over the world, as one of B.C.’s greatest resort destinations. For over 30 years, the resort has evolved through a series of conversions, from the completion of the fountain and parkade to the expansion of our state-of-the-art conference centers and award-winning restaurants. In 2017, the resort introduced 70 additional luxurious rooms and suites with the “West Wing” expansion – a highly acclaimed, architectural, mass-timber construction – a first of its kind in British Columbia.

Our Story

Centrally situated on the shores of Okanagan Lake, the resort offers a wide range of on-site amenities that include a full-size gym and juice bar, pool and hot tub, a hair salon, water sport rentals, and a private, full-licensed beach that transforms into a skating rink during the winter season. East Ballroom

The East Ballroom is an impressive beamless hall capable of occupying up to 1150 guests. The East Ballroom is equipped with interior and exterior speakers, and sliding doors lining the North and East walls toward balconies overlooking Okanagan Lake and Okanagan Lake Park.
