Kneipp Hydrotherapy
Healing with water is one of the critical elements at KurSpa. Kneipp Hydrotherapy, or water-stepping, is based on Sebastian Kneipp's 19th-century theory which remains popular in Europe. Move through hot and cold chambers of water in a specific counter-clockwise progression. This simple and effective process uses thermo-therapy to cause the blood vessels to expand and contract, stimulating the circulatory and lymphatic systems while reducing swelling and inflammation.
